In the afternoon Grigory Rapota is going to visit Svetlogorsk Khimvolokno. By the way, this company already partakes in the Union State program Composite which aims to produce innovative materials. "It is necessary to analyze the progress in the implementation of the first stage of the program, to study the product we made, to decide whether the qualities of this product are worth the investments," the State Secretary said.

Apart from that, Grigory Rapota will visit the region in Svetlogorsk District where Operation Bagration was launched in 1944. The operation resulted Belarus' liberation from the Nazi invasion. There are plans to erect a monument in the region to mark the 70th anniversary of liberation. "A lot has been already said about the importance of this event. And I am very glad that Belarus pays due attention to Operation Bagration which took place during the Great Patriotic War. I am very grateful to the Belarusian leadership which initiated the project. We will also provide support. I am also glad that I will have an opportunity to see the location of the monument," Grigory Rapota stressed.
