What documents are required to obtain a mining allotment?

Answer:

Legal entities and individual entrepreneurs interested in obtaining a mining allotment submit an application for granting a mining allotment to the local executive and administrative body. The application specifies the purpose for which the mining allotment is requested and its intended location. Attached to the application are:

1. a copy of the document confirming the state registration of a legal entity or individual entrepreneur;

2. project justification the boundaries of the mining allotment (with the exception of mining, the mining of which on an industrial scale economically feasible).

3. a copy of the concession contract is registered in the state registry of concession contracts, or a copy of the investment agreement, registered in the State register of investment agreements with the Republic of Belarus, if the decision to grant the mining lease is taken in connection with the conclusion of such agreements.

Projects for the justification of the boundaries of the mining allotment are developed by organizations determined by the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus and approved by legal entities, individual entrepreneurs interested in obtaining a mining allotment.
