Representatives of China Xinjian Uighur Autonomous Region show interest in Belarusian farm machines

A delegation of the people’s government of the Xinjian Uighur Autonomous Region of China would like to develop contacts with Belarus, especially in the part of purchasing Belarusian farming machines. The Chinese guests who arrived in Minsk on May 24 have already visited the concern Belresursy and attended the regular exposition of the Belarusian commodity producers. The Belarusian party has organized the presentation of the country’s trade economic potential and opportunities for investment cooperation. The guests showed interest in Lidaagroprommash and Gomselmash equipment. As BelTA has been told in the foreign political department, today the delegation of the people’s government of the Xinjian Uighur Autonomous Region is visiting Gomel oblast where it will tour Gomeselmash and free economic zone Gomel-Raton. The delegation is expected to hold talks in the Gomel oblast executive committee and the Gomel office of the Belarusian chamber of Commerce and industry. The Chinese delegation will also attend the 7th international universal exhibition-fair “Spring-2006 in Gomel”.
