President of Belarus: youth organizations receive colossal support from state

Youth organizations has received great support from the state, president of Belarus Alexander Lukashenko said today during a meeting with leaders of youth public organizations, particularly, the Belarusian Republican Youth Union, Belarusian Pioneer Organization, Belarusian Committee of Youth Organizations. “No other part of the Belarusian society has received such colossal support from the state and country’s authorities as youth organizations,” the head of state highlighted. Testifying to this fact are various programs and funds allocated for support of children’s and youth organizations. At the moment youth organizations strive to earn the funds for their future development. According to the president “it is very good”. Along with that he said that the state will not turn its back to the problems of the young people and will render support to youth organizations in meeting their goals. Alexander Lukashenko believes that the work of youth institutions should become more dynamic especially since they will have to gain more independence in backing their actions in the future.
