President of Belarus decides to pardon convicted mothers and pregnant women

When providing additional socio-economic guarantees for millions of law-abiding women in the Year of Mother the president did not leave behind convinced mothers. The head of state initiated the procedure of pardoning pregnant women and women having children under 18. Interior minister Vladimir Naumov is charged with the responsibility of submitting specific appeals for pardon for the president’s consideration.
