About Br24 billion invested in changing business pattern of Gomel contaminated regions over 4 years

Over four years about Br24 billion were invested in changing business pattern of contaminated region in Gomel oblast, Alexander Lukashenko was informed by chairman of the Gomel oblast executive committee Alexander Yakobson during a president’s visit to sovkhoz Komarinskiy of the Bragin region. Alexander Yakobson noted that in line with the presidential instructions since 2002 as many as thirteen agricultural companies have been re-oriented in Gomel oblast. The Bragin region alone utilized Br10,5 billion for introduction of new safe technologies of cattle breeding, plant-growing, seed-farming as well as reconstruction and retooling of agricultural facilities.
