GOMEL, 28 January (BelTA) – The Belarus-Russia oil negotiations in January did not consider giving Belarus a Russian loan to finance oil purchases for Belarus' oil refineries, BelTA learnt from First Vice Premier of Belarus Vladimir Semashko.
