The Union State allocated RUR 490 million in 2002-2005 under a program to mitigate the impact of the Chernobyl catastrophe, Belarusian premier Sergei Sidorskiy said in the Chamber of Representatives today.

In 2006-2010 Belarus will spend over Br35 billion to convert the worst Chernobyl-affected businesses of Gomel and Mogilev oblasts, premier Sergei Sidorskiy said at the parliamentary hearings today.

The Belarusian agricultural companies have received a budget loan totaling USD 20 million for procurement of fuel for the spring sowing campaign, BelTA was informed by chief of the mechanization department of the ministry for agriculture and foodstuffs Nikolai Labushev.
