Gomel will host today the national tour semifinals of the international barmen contest “Bacardi Martini Grand-Prix”.
As BelTA has been told in the press service of the company – organizer, the international contest “Bacardi Martini Grand-Prix" is the most prestigious competition among barmen annually held in Italy. It aims to assess the professionalism of barmen, test their theoretical and practical knowledge, communicative skills, to assist to the development of creativity and enhance the professional level and popularize modern tendencies in the profession.
This year Belarus is taking part in the international contest for the sixth time. The Gomel leg featuring 20 barmen from all regions of the country will name the participants for the finals to be held in Minsk May 12. Two best finalists will go to Italy.
