Russian VTB Bank is ready to invest $700 million in Belarusian production projects annually, State Secretary of the Union State Pavel Borodin told media commenting on results of today’s meeting with Belarus President, Chairman of the Supreme State Council of the Union State Alexander Lukashenko.
