President of Belarus arrives in Sochi

President of Belarus Alexander Lukashenko has arrived in Sochi. The head of state is in the Russian Federation on a short working visit at the invitation of president of Russia Vladimir Putin.
The presidents are expected to discuss the issues of trade-economic cooperation, creating equal conditions for economic entities of the two countries, cooperation in international organizations, the UnionSstate formation, including the draft Constitutional Act of the Union State.
As the president’s press office has stressed, the key areas of foreign-economic interaction between Belarus and Russia are the development of the single economic space, ensuring equal conditions for economic entities, reducing the deficit in mutual trade, protection of Belarusian economic interests.
At present, the preparation of the agreement on ensuring equal rights of citizens of Belarus and Russia for freedom of movement, choice of the place of sojourn and residence on the territory of the two states is nearing completion. The work on several other documents to ensure equal rights of citizens of the two countries, including for medical services, is nearing the end, too.
