Nikolay Lozovik: preliminary count proves Alexander Lukashenko in the lead

By now election commissions of Belarus have counted 22.3 per cent of the ballot papers. Yet most votes are given to incumbent president Alexander Lukashenko – 88.5 per cent, CEC secretary Nikolay Lozovik said in a statement aired live on the national TV channel.
According to her, 3.8 per cent of citizens voted for Alexander Milinkevich, 2.3 per cent – for Sergei Gaidukevich and 1.5 per cent – for Alexander Kazulin.
