Draft decree on targeted social aid to be submitted for consideration of President within three months

A draft decree on targeted social aid will be submitted for consideration of the President of Belarus within three months, BelTA learnt in the Presidential Administration. The document is being elaborated in pursuance of President’s instruction with a view to streamlining the process of granting social benefits. The document will list the categories of people entitled to the targeted social aid, the list of benefits and eligibility criteria, the Presidential Administration informed. The draft decree will allow for the main requirement of the President, i.e. the mechanism of granting targeted social aid should be transparent, fair and comprehensible to everyone.
